The HFC4GB3.3D engine, a classic power unit independently developed by JAC Motors, is a 1.6L naturally aspirated gasoline engine validated by long-term market practice. With its balanced and reliable performance and excellent economy, it has become a mainstream power choice in the fields of household passenger vehicles and commercial MPVs. This newly assembled version strictly adheres to JAC's original factory manufacturing standards and assembly specifications, adopting precision assembly processes throughout the entire workflow. All components meet original specifications, and every fit from the all-aluminum cylinder block to the valve train undergoes strict verification to ensure the continuation of its proven durability and power stability.

It boasts prominent core technical highlights: Equipped with a DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) design + 16-valve structure, paired with a DVVT (Dual Variable Valve Timing) system and multi-point electronic injection technology, it can dynamically adjust valve timing and fuel injection volume according to working conditions to achieve efficient combustion and smooth power output. Its maximum power reaches 88kW (120Ps)/6000rpm, and the peak torque is 150N·m/3500-4500rpm. It focuses on optimizing the overtaking acceleration performance at 80-120km/h, which is 22% higher than that of the 1.5L model in the same series, making high-speed long-distance driving more confident. The engine features an all-aluminum cylinder block and cylinder head design, balancing lightweight and efficient heat dissipation advantages. Combined with an optimized lubrication system and low-friction technology, it achieves a practical service life of up to 220,000 kilometers and a combined-cycle fuel consumption as low as 6.5L/100km. It fully meets National V and Euro IV emission standards, combining environmental protection and economy.

With wide adaptability, this engine is perfectly compatible with various mainstream models including JAC Refine S3 and Refine M3, covering small SUVs and MPVs. It is suitable for both 6-speed manual transmissions and CVT transmissions, providing stable and reliable power support for daily commuting, family travel or commercial use.

All engines undergo professional hot run-in tests before leaving the factory: first running at 800-1000r/min for 1 hour without load to fully inspect the sealing and operating status of the oil-electrical circuit, cooling system and lubrication system; then conducting loaded run-in with 10%-15% rated load to optimize the adaptability of part friction surfaces and identify potential hazards. After run-in, key indicators such as cylinder pressure and piston run-in marks are verified to meet standards through disassembly inspection, ensuring the engine reaches the optimal working condition upon delivery and can be put into use without additional run-in.

We provide a one-year warranty for this newly assembled engine, covering assembly process defects and core component quality issues during the warranty period (excluding consumables and human-induced damage).
