The HFC4GB2.4E engine, a core power unit independently developed by JAC Motors, is a 1.499L (1.5T) turbocharged gasoline engine validated by long-term market practice. It boasts prominent core technical highlights: Equipped with a DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) design + 16-valve structure, paired with an i-VVT (Intelligent Variable Valve Timing) system and multi-point electronic injection technology, combined with a low-inertia turbocharger, it can dynamically adjust valve timing and fuel injection volume according to working conditions to achieve efficient combustion. Its maximum power reaches 110kW (150Ps)/5500rpm, and the peak torque is 210N·m/2000-4500rpm, with linear and smooth power output, easily handling start-up acceleration and high-speed cruising. The engine features an all-aluminum cylinder block and cylinder head design, balancing lightweight and efficient heat dissipation advantages. Internal components adopt plating technology to enhance wear resistance, and combined with an optimized lubrication system, it achieves excellent service life and economical combined-cycle fuel consumption. It fully meets National VI b emission standards, combining environmental protection and economy.
With wide adaptability, this engine is perfectly compatible with various mainstream models including JAC Jiayue A5, Refine S4, SOL E4, SOL X6, SOL A5, etc. It is also suitable for some light-duty trucks and passenger cars, meeting both daily commuting and commercial operation needs.
All engines undergo professional hot run-in tests before leaving the factory: first running at 800-1000r/min for 1 hour without load to fully inspect the sealing and operating status of the oil-electrical circuit, turbocharging system and cooling system; then conducting loaded run-in with 10%-15% rated load to optimize the adaptability of part friction surfaces and identify potential hazards. After run-in, key indicators such as cylinder pressure and piston run-in marks are verified to meet standards through disassembly inspection, ensuring the engine reaches the optimal working condition upon delivery and can be put into use without additional run-in.
We provide a one-year warranty for this newly assembled engine, covering assembly process defects and core component quality issues during the warranty period (excluding consumables and human-induced damage).
