The HFC4GA3.4D engine, a core power unit of JAC Refine's 4GA series, is a 2.0T turbocharged gasoline engine validated through rigorous market tests. With its powerful power output and stable, durable product characteristics, it has become a high-performance choice in the passenger and commercial vehicle sectors. This newly assembled version strictly adheres to JAC's original factory manufacturing standards and assembly specifications, adopting precision assembly processes throughout the entire workflow. All components meet original specifications, and every fit from the aluminum alloy cylinder block to the valve train undergoes strict verification to ensure the continuation of its proven reliability and power stability.

It boasts prominent core technical highlights: Equipped with an inline-four cylinder layout + DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) + 16-valve structure, paired with a D-CVVT (Dual Continuous Variable Valve Timing) system and high-efficiency turbocharging technology, it can dynamically adjust valve timing and intake efficiency according to working conditions. Combined with a precise electronic fuel injection system, it achieves efficient combustion. Its maximum power reaches 140kW (190Ps), and the peak torque is as high as 290N·m, with strong and linear power output, providing sufficient power support for heavy-load transportation, high-speed overtaking, and driving on complex road conditions. The engine features an aluminum alloy cylinder block combined with an optimized cooling system, balancing lightweight and efficient heat dissipation advantages. Equipped with low-friction technology and reinforced internal components, it achieves excellent service life and outstanding combined-cycle fuel economy. It fully meets National V and Euro V emission standards, combining environmental protection and practicality.

With wide adaptability, this engine is perfectly compatible with various mainstream models including JAC Refine S7, T6, and T8 4X4, covering SUVs and pickup trucks. All engines undergo professional hot run-in tests before leaving the factory: first running at 800-1000r/min for 1 hour without load to fully inspect the sealing and operating status of the oil-electrical circuit, turbocharging system, and lubrication system; then conducting loaded run-in with 10%-15% rated load to optimize the adaptability of part friction surfaces and identify potential hazards. After run-in, key indicators such as cylinder pressure and piston run-in marks are verified to meet standards through disassembly inspection, ensuring the engine reaches the optimal working condition upon delivery and can be put into use without additional run-in.

We provide a one-year warranty for this newly assembled engine, covering assembly process defects and core component quality issues during the warranty period (excluding consumables and human-induced damage).
